What does 4C actually mean and what are the benefits for me as a client?
In my view, change is the common denominator in coaching, consciousness and consulting. Coaching strives for individual change, yoga teaches us to deal consciously with change and consulting in the area of process improvement navigates organisations through the necessary steps to achieve the defined goals.
