Yoga is a millennia-old practice that connects body, mind and soul. Through asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, you will learn to reduce stress, improve your concentration and find your inner centre.
I have a comprehensive qualification as a yoga teacher, meditation course leader and yoga personal trainer.

As a yoga teacher and meditation course leader, I will accompany you on your own personal journey to greater balance, mental strength and physical health.
Focus Areas
- Yoga classes: I teach beginners, open classes, advanced classes and an open class in English at Amara Yoga in Darmstadt
- Yoga/meditation just for you: As a personal trainer, I can cater to your individual yoga/meditation practice needs - and I am also happy to come to your home.
- Combination with coaching: Especially when it comes to mental strength, resilience and health issues, a combination with my coaching offer is a good idea - so whatever your focus may be, our collaboration can become a holistic package
- Yoga in the workplace: If you would like to offer your employees yoga as part of your company health management programme, I would be happy to visit your company.
- Workshops/Seminars: I offer workshops on stress management, mindfulness and resilience on request
Steps

- Development of an individual consciousness roadmap including success criteria
- COntinuation according to the agreed consciousness roadmap until you are satisfied with the results
Framework Conditions
- Times: Personal sessions can be booked Monday to Saturday from 9:00h - 19:00h
- Duration: An appointment usually lasts 60 or 120 minutes
- Location: Sessions can take place at your home, in rooms rented by me (additional costs apply)
- Costs: The fee for 60 minutes is charged at €80. After 60 minutes, each commencing half hour will be charged pro rata for as long as the session lasts. If travelling is necessary, travel costs will be charged at €0.40 per kilometre. If public transport is used, I will charge the costs incurred.
