Then I am exactly the right person for you.<\/p>

After studying biology and completing my doctorate in biochemistry and molecular biology, I entered the industry in 2002, initially as a laboratory manager in applied research.<\/p>

I later took on product responsibility as Technical Manager in the production of diagnostic products and had my first positive experiences with Lean & Six Sigma. I was very enthusiastic about the methodology due to its effectiveness, so I wanted to expand my expertise further and was finally able to devote myself fully to the subject after my training as a blackbelt in the Business Excellence department. After moving to another pharmaceutical company, I was able to gain important experience in the new implementation of Lean & Six Sigma and took over the management of the Operational Excellence team with 5 employees. There I also qualified as a Masterblackbelt. After another change of company and a stint as Chief of Staff in the pharmacovigilance department, I took on the role of Head of Process Improvement in the research department there, and later the Business Excellence Team in the internal services department.<\/p>

Parallel to this specialisation in process improvement and process management, I trained as a master coach according to the guidelines of the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (graduated in 2015), which has proven to be very useful, especially in employee management and change management.<\/p>

I have been practising yoga since 2010 and eventually I felt the desire to do a yoga teacher training course to deepen my own practice. After completing the training in 2019, I started teaching yoga and I really enjoy being able to pass on yoga.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
